Why is there a price disparity between Morningstar Next and ETFs?

At its core, Morningstar Next is a different beast to ETFs.

Morningstar Next is a portfolio of assets which include but are not limited to ETFs, managed funds and direct equities.

Morningstar Next fees are inclusive of buy/sell spread, brokerage costs, investment administration fees and platform fees that allow investors to have consolidated tax reporting and own the underlying asset.
